These orders are placed by telephone, fax, sales representative or e-mail (without filling in the online order form) or directly in our facilities.

Main characteristics:

1.- Same day delivery of products in stock, if the order is placed before 7 pm from Monday to Friday and Saturdays till 12 am. You will receive your order in less than 24 hours in any place of Spain.
  
2.- Exportations: 48 hours after order confirmation.

Carriage paid for national orders of a minimum of 900 € (150.000 Ptas.)

 
Until Articardan, S.A. does not publish a different Tariff Catalogue, the only valid Tariff will be the Online Tariff, which will be constantly updated in the date of the Last Update. All the modifications are shown in the section NEWS. 

                                  GENERAL SALE CONDITIONS 

1º ORDERS.- The orders that have been placed directly by the customer or by a sales representative are considered definitive and imply that the customer agrees with all our sale conditions.

2º PRICES.- All quoted prices in our Tariff Catalogue are meant as retail prices and are considered for the goods in stock. The buyer has to take the risks of the transport. Without prejudice to any of the previous points, Anticardan, S.A. will be responsible of the expenses of the charges, packing and collection and delivery whenever the value of a single order, delivered in one time, exceeds the net amount of 900 € (150.000 pesetas). This order is subjected to the following conditions:

        a) The shipment will be sent by any of the agencies that have concerted conditions with Articardan, S.A.

        b) All other cases, as couriers, urgent services, etc. will be charged at cost-price as well as the packing and all other expenses of the service.

3º TAXES.- In the present tariff no taxes are included; the valid VAT will be charged on the buyer’s invoice.

4º DELIVERY TERM.- Generally, the products of our Tariff are manufactured and prepared for shipment in our warehouse, however, as we depend on the row material suppliers and other services, we will decline any claim related to any alteration of the order accomplishment.

5º PAYMENT CONDITIONS.- Thirty days after invoice date.

6º INVOICES.- Invoices inferior than 60 € (10.000 pesetas) will be paid in cash on delivery.  

7º GUARANTEE.- All our products are guaranteed 1 year against any manufacturing defects and exchangeability.

All claims have to be written and sent to our Quality Control Service, who will decide about every case.

If the claim is found to be correct, the responsibility of Articardan, S.A. is restricted only to the replacement of the piece; no other type of compensation will be given.

8º RETURN OF GOODS.- We will decline any return of goods, which have been supplied in accordance with the customers instructions and with our GENERAL SALE CONDTIONS. However, if the return has been authorised by Articardan, S.A., the company will reimburse the acquisition price to the customers. The expenses of any deterioration of the packing or goods, as well as the costs of the first delivery will be reduced from the acquisition value.

9º ANY DELIVERY MADE BY THE CUSTOMER TO Articardan, S.A., by transport agency or by any other means, has to be free of charge. If this point is not taken into account, the goods will not be accepted.
