This type of order can only be carried out through the Online Order form below.

This new kind of service will be carried out in parallel with the traditional order, which was the only way to place an order until now. It has the following differential characteristics:

1.- Discount of 1,25% plus the one that the customer already has on the price of the articles that only figure in the Online Catalogue. 

2.- Shipment by our transport agency, carriage paid at first instance by Articardan, S.A. but will be added later on the customers invoice, exceptions: exportations and express request from the customer (in these cases this point will not be applied). This way the amount of the charges is more economic and the payment will be adapted to the expiration date of the invoice.

The shipment will only be paid and transported by Articardan if the order value is 900 € or exceeds this amount. (150.000 Ptas.)

3.- Maximum term of order delivery term of 4 working days, from order reception until the order is delivered to the transport agency in Madrid. 

4.- Everything related to this kind of order will only be carried out and answered by e-mail in accordance with the Online Sales Conditions.

5.- Exportations: 5 days after order confirmation. Consult prices.

Until Articardan, S.A. does not publish a different Tariff Catalogue, the only valid Tariff will be the Online Tariff, which will be constantly updated in the date of the Last Update. All the modifications are shown in the section NEWS. 

GENERAL ONLINE SALE CONDITIONS 

The General Sale Conditions are the same as in the Traditional order, except for the points 1º Orders.- as it is only possible via e-mail - and 8º Return of goods.- the authorisation of the return has to be given via e-mail. Moreover, the differential characteristics have to be taken into account.

If you are a new customer, we kindly ask you to fill out the Account Opening form, that can be found at the end of the page.

For the discount application, following conditions have to be fulfilled.:

1.- Perfect codification of the requested references.
2.- Customer number (if you have already received an invoice).
3.- Complete name of the company.
4.- Invoice address.
5.- Delivery address.
6.- E-mail (for order confirmation).
7.- Telephone number.

In order to have the benefit of these special conditions, it is necessary to fulfil all 7 requirements (only 6, if you do not have any customer number).

You do not have to fill in the field Transport, except for the case in which the service has to be done by a specified transport agency (in this case, charges will not be paid at first instance).

The order will only be accepted and sent by e-mail according to the total quantity of the shipment.

The shipment only includes the ordered pieces. Units or references, that have been added later, will belong to a new order.

All the orders/modifications/cancellations are shown once, from Monday to Saturday at 9 am, exclusively via e-mail. We consider the order definitive at 9 am of the next day of reception.

The cancellation of the order or of any pieces is subjected to the goods delivery, as the order can have been sent before the maximum delivery term of 4 working days.

The charges are always on expense of the customer, except for the orders which exceed the net value of 900 € (approx. 150.000 Ptas.), the delivery will be carried out by our transport agency.

Placing an online order implies that the customer agrees with all the previous conditions, which extend the General Sales Conditions.

ORDER NOW
