We are provided with computer assisted balancing machines, automatic soldering machines, presses and industrial tooling to assemble and dismantle the components of any kind of transmission, which guarantee us optimal technical means.

There are two ways of ordering our products:

a) Traditional order: The products are ordered by phone, fax sales representatives and e-mail (without filling out our online form) or directly in our facilities, with the following differential characteristics:

1.-Same day delivery of products in stock, if the order is done before 7 pm from Monday to Friday and Saturdays till 12 am. You will receive your order in less than 24 hours in any place of Spain.
  
2.- Exportations: 48 hours after order confirmation.

Carriage paid for national orders of a minimum of 900 € (150.000 Ptas.)

b) Online Order: This new kind of service will be carried out in parallel with the traditional order, which was the only way to order until now. It has the following differential characteristics:

1.- Discount of 1,25% plus the one that the customer already has on the price of the articles that only figure in the Online Catalogue.  
 
2.- Shipment by our transport agency, chareges paid at first instance by Articardan, S.A. but will be added later on the customers invoice, exceptions: exportations and express request from the customer (in these cases this point will not be applied).
This way the amount of the charges is more economic and the payment will be adapted to the expiration date of the invoice.
 
The shipment will only be paid and transported by Articardan if the order value is 900 € (150.000 Ptas.) or exceeds this amount.
 
3.- Order delivery term of 4 working days, from order reception until the order is delivered to the transport agency in Mardrid. 

4.- Everything related to this kind of order will only be carried out and answered by e-mail, in accordance with the Online Sales Conditions.

5.- Exportations: 5 days after order confirmation. Consult prices.

From the 1st of July 2002 both kind of orders are subjected to the only Tariff Catalogue of application. This catalogue, which is included in our web, has its origin in the last valid Tariff Catalogue together with the modifications included in the section News, and will be constantly updated in the Date of last update.
